 At Luke Henderson Law, we strive to make the home buying or refinancing process as painless as possible. Pre-closing:

Conduct a Title Examination for the property involved in the transaction 

Coordinate all aspects of Title Services with appropriate parties 

Prepare all necessary documents 


During Closing: 

Account for funds 

Review closing documents 

Disburse mortgage loan or sale proceeds   


Post-closing: 

Satisfy lender requirements 

Record the appropriate documents 

Ensure that Title Insurance Policies reach the appropriate parties 

Ensure that Warranty Deed reaches the appropriate parties
